Have questions? We have the answers!
Where do I park?
We have ample spaces in our parking lot with plenty of handicapped spaces. There are also spaces along the buildings facing Tanglewood Trail. Our first time visitors are invited to park in our First Time Guest spaces.
What do I do when I get there?
If you Planned Your Visit, we will have a guest host waiting to meet you, give you a tour of the campus, get you refreshments, introduce you to key leaders, help you register your kids for Kids Zone (unless you pre-registered) and give you a special gift.
If you did not plan your visit we still have you covered! Come to the First Time Guest table, fill our a connect card, and we will hook you up with a guest host that will show you around the campus, offer you refreshments, introduce you to key leaders, help get your kids registered, and give you a special gift.
Where is the nursery?
The nursery is located in the Activity Center. Infants through toddlers are welcome to play in the nursery while you enjoy worship. Our guest host will help you get your child registered (unless you pre-registered) and escort you to the nursery.
Is there anything for my kids?
YesI Children 3 years old through 5th grade can go to our Kids Zone. You can pre-register your kids by clicking the button below or a guest host will help you get them registered when you arrive on campus. They will have a blast!
Where can I go if I have questions?
If you Planned Your Visit we will have a guest host waiting to meet you. They will answer all of your questions and help you with any special needs.
If you did not PlanYour Visit, we still have you covered! Go to the First Time Guest table, fill our a connect card and we will pair you up with a guest host team member to help you with any special needs and answer questions you might have. They are easily identifiable by their East Lake lanyard.
Where is the sanctuary?
The sanctuary is in the Worship Center. We have three buildings on campus: the Worship Center, the Activity Center, and the Education Center. The Worship Center has a steeple on the top and a set of glass double doors on each side. There will be guest hosts in the courtyard to help you.
Am I welcome to take communion?
All are invited to participate in Holy Communion.We believe that communion is God’s holy meal and the bread and juice are symbols of God’s love for us. We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of the month.
